' Judge and Lawyers blamed for trial bias '

JUDGE SIR MAURICE DRAKE  was accused of failing to secure a fair trial for James Robertson.  The Court of Appeal heard how Judge Drake 'neutralized' an important defence point when there was gross inconsistencies between eye witnesses descriptions.  It was stated that prosecution counsel operated without regard to the proper rules, and failed to ensure the the disclosure of fingerprints.  Defence Counsel seemed ' patently not to have read documents provided, which shows a lack of proper legal administration.

Another case involving Mr Drake , is it a coincidence ?

I asked Victor Temple, QC, why somebody like him could not represent Jeremy Bamber for nothing, because Bamber could not get legal aid to fund representatives to pursue an appeal - Temple questioned me in depth about how I was supporting Jeremy, and what I thought had really happened in his case. I trusted Temple, but it seems like he threw Jeremy and me to the wolves...

I feel let down, and betrayed...

I could not believe that I ended up convicted at my trial in 1994, when Victor Temple represented me, and then six years later, he is representing the prosecutions case to keep Bamber in jail for the rest of his life - I feel let down, and it makes me feel like I let Jeremy down by confiding so much information in Temple, QC, about his case, when all along Temple was simply using me to find out all he could about Jeremys approach to any forthcoming appeal - it's disgusting...

What I am saying, is that it was / is inappropriate for Victor Temple, QC, to represent me, and seek to illicit information from me about Bambers case, in confidence, and them help to get me convicted as part of the plan to try and discredit me, and send Bamber to a life in custody, by successfully opposing his 2002 apeal...

Why would a QC, based in London (Temple Chambers) want to represent me, on a burglary charge, where £25,000 of silverware was reportedly stolen, from a retired judges house
