Hand swab examination (DRH/33 - DRH/44), and results, was inadmissable, and should not have been allowed to be introduced, to influence the minds of the jury - CPS / DPP were wicked, to allow this situation to happen...
I was once represented by Victor Temple QC, at one of my trials (1988), and I must say I am appalled, that he took the position he took, as representative of CPS / DPP at the (Bamber) 2002 appeal, he should not have been given that responsibility, because of his involvement in my case back in 1988 - I now realise that I was not properly represented at my 1988 trial, when he supposedly represented my interests, since in the bigger picture, he was on the prosecutions side at my trial, trying to get me convicted, because of the intention to keep Jeremy Bamber in Jail, for the rest of his life...
You cannot trust the people, who are supposed to represent your interests...
