This applies to the' recorded 33 minutes of events, between 7.37am, and 8.10am' of the police radio message log contents...

Police Witness Statement accounts do not fall into this category, because no specific timings are allocated to alleged events in the Witness Statement Accounts, between 7.37am, and 8.10am...
