There is not a shred of bitterness,,hatred or anything else of that sort in Jeremys' letter. In fact,,the way it's written, you be hard pushed to believe that he'd been inside for 27 years.
How sad that life has changed dramatically over his 27 years as he looked back on his own memorable Christmas's gone by,,,the sort of festive seasons that I think most of us remember with warmth in our hearts. The world outside of Jeremy is now a cruel one where on his final release, which he'll notice,is literally a world away from what he will remember.
It's good to learn that he'll have friends who will give help along the way should the need arise,,and if he sets out for the simple things in life as he's often talked about,,,he'll come to no harm.
I sincerely hope that 2013 will be an auspicious year for him,,,as at this stage,,I see no reason to doubt this time round. If I'd said I was his aunt,,it might have carried more clout,as I'd have fought the law tooth and nail for his release. It's frustrating when you know he wasn't responsible. It wouldn't be the first time I've fought with the law. ( but the law didn't win )
