Whether you like this guy or not, one has to consider that this man had a real trial by media.
Barrymore has never denied that a man was found dead in his pool. What Barrymore has always denied is false play leading up to the death of Stuart Lubbock. Once the pathologist had made his report that the inside anal passage of the deceased where torn in several places, he was never aware of what had occurred earlier in the fight to save this mans life.
So when the media heard of this, is was reported that x had happened and, that he had been raped, murdered and chucked in the pool. For many of us that appeared to be the case.
