I think there are real problems relying only upon photographs. Body temperature is a very important factor in determining time of death and unfortunately here no readings were taken. I doubt whether it will be possible to make any conclusive assessment of time of death but it may be possible to narrow the time range.
Andrea has a point about the images for the time frame, but today there are huge advances in this area , ways to clean up old pictures ect , it also costs time and money without full access to these images i see little headway.
EP had the benefit of seeing the bodies in situ at the crime scene, and afterwards at the Morgue.
Well why did they not say ' this is a stage managed scene ' , they were all very experienced police officer's , and not one of them mentioned it at first , why ?
This has all been debated ad nauseum on here before Jon.
It is a great pity that none of these tests were done before the trial. Altogether a very botched investigation by a very inept police force. IMO of course.
Yes and nobody as the answer , ask yourself , why ?
Not all officers were satisfied they were dealing with four murders and and suicide. Bamber was suspected from the start by some.
Other than DS Jones, is there any evidence that this is the case. It sounds like a myth to help bolster Jones' position.
You think its a myth that he was suspected from the start? Jones did say himself that he suspected Bamber, didnt he?
What time did he arrive at the scene ?
