How did Jeremy get the knowledge if not from Nevill? And how did he repay him? By bumming off round Australia and New Zealand and not really wanting to come back until forced to by lack of funds. It's always the money in the forefront of Jeremy's mind coupled with an obsessive need to impress the outside world,as he told Liz Rimington "it's important to have money whilst you're young". I think the strict discipline of eight years at Gresham's had taken its toll and Jeremy wanted to live life to the full. Unfortunately this period coincided with a decline in his parents' health with June's depression in 1982 from which she recovered, but as farm secretary Barbara Wilson related as soon as she returned to White House Farm she started to decline again. Nevill himself was suffering from stress and absent from his magistrates job,and as we know Sheila herself was admitted to St. Andrews in March 1985. The final straw for Jeremy was seeing the sombre drawings of the twins in the lounge at White House Farm, and Colin inadvertently telling him he couldn't get regular work because the childcare had fallen upon him, which he didn't begrudge, but which Jeremy interpreted as the twins "being a millstone round your neck". The seeds had already germinated in Jeremy's mind by Sheila's fantasies about killing the twins two years previously,so what better a plan could there be than to kill them all and blame then on someone who would be on record as having a desire, albeit in an unsound mind,to harm her own children.
Steve...You have already been reminded that neither Jeremy or Colin had any knowledge of the twins drawings.Colins mother showed them to Colin for the first time followng the murders. You keep banging on about the same old rubbish, like a stuck record.I'm sorry but I really do fear for your mental health.
I have asked Santa to put extra books in his sack for Steve this Xmas, everything is going to be fine.
Steve,I am glad that you can admit to telling porkie pies in your posts.I'm also glad to hear that you are in good health.I am not "tyler whoever you are".Plenty of people on this forum know my identity....at least, anyway those that matter!
No Steve,I don't suppose you would buy Scott Lomax's book. You wouldn't find it anyway...its in the non fiction section!
After reading about these internet book stores avoiding tax I'm going back to the fantastic Waterstones in Manchester, though not to buy Scott Lomax's book.
That figures. Since he sticks to facts alone.
