  It will be found that the perpetress, Miss Noreen O'Connor, was arraigned at Somerset AssiZes. She was found 'guilty but insane', and  committed to Broadmoor.
  Subsequently, apparently recovered, she lived at St Andrews Hospital, Northampton, until she died in 1983.
  Is it possible that she was known to June Bamber , during her treatments there? Also Sheila may have been aware of her.

Very interesting. Here we have an upstanding woman who for some reason under her delusion plucked the eyes out of the woman she cared for which caused her death.

Not sure if she was known by JB might have been too early for SC to have known her.

What I find interesting is that the police were not called straight away and Dr Cooper drove to the police station to inform the police of the murder, simply because he did not want the operator listening into the call....Odd!
