How to prove Jeremy was framed for the murders, with dodgy silencer evidence...

I know exactly how to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Jeremy was framed for the murders by the introduction of the dodgy silencer evidence. I will give details later today...

Cook the crook, and Stan the man Jones, will be shitting bricks by the time everyone gets to know what really took place involving red paint found on the metal end cap (Court exhibit 49), and red paint on the silencer (Court exhibit 9), and scratch marks on the aga surround - since both the metal end cap and silencer could not be fitted to the end of the guns barrel, at one and the same time, during any purported struggle involving Ralph and his killer in the kitchen...

Police were faced with this dilemna on 9th August 1985...

Mike,,I'm in no doubt whatsoever that Sheila was indeed the killer that night.

I've gone full circle with this case,,and turned it on its head,,looked at ALL sides and can't find anything at all that would convict Jeremy,,but sadly, there are heaps of reasons,,,,including admissions, that it was Sheila who was more than capable and who had the mindset in which to do it.

I would very much doubt that Sheila would have had the werewithall to even attach the silencer,,,may have tried and resulted in cross-threading so gave up ( I'm assuming that the silencer has to be screwed on ) If the silencer had been " fitted " initially, shooting would have been skewed if it hadn't been fitted properly, and wouldn't have had the desired effect that would have been expected.
Also,,the shots would have had to have been close range to hit the target,as without sights fitted the aim isn't too accurate,if at all.

First of all...

Ds "Stan" the man Jones, did take possession of four exhibits from the scene on 7th August 1985, bearing the identifying marks of SBJ/4, SBJ/3, SBJ/2 and SBJ/1, the latter aforementioned being a silencer. The find of this silencer, along with the taking of the other three exhibits that day, is and was problematic to the police case that was eventually brought against Jeremy. Such exhibits that were found or taken from the scene had to be ghosted out of the records, so that there was very little chance of anybody discovering what had taken place. This involved the falsifying of logs kept at the scene which detailed how DS Jones returned to whf after he had gone along to Jeremy's cottage with DC Clarke to take a witness statement from Jeremy. According to the logs kept at the scene, DS Jones left the farmhouse twice, but only arrived once. This anomaly occurs because whoever falsified the logs, only wanted to show that DS Jones had not actually returned to whf once he had left the scene to go along to Jeremy's cottage - but return he did, and when he returned he took possession of the aforementioned four exhibits, from the region of or in the region of both the kitchen where the bodies of one dead male, and the body of one dead female had originally been found, and the downstairs toilet where Anthony Pargeter normally kept all his guns, ammunition and silencer...

Photographs which DS Jones took in the kitchen, and downstairs toilet, never found their way into any of the official photograph ablbums produced by PC Bird - not in the wrongly named MASTER COPY ALBUM, which contained 223 pictures, not in the SENIOR INVESTIGATING OFFICERS ALBUM, which contained 581 pictures, and not in THE COURT ALBUM, which contained 50 pictures - the reason for this was /is because the silencer (SBJ/1) he took possession of at the scene that day, was in one or other of those photographs. Not only that but those photographs had exhibit references that came into existence after the find and seizure of the said silencer, or in other words the four exhibits seized or taken by DS Jones that date were seized and taken in sequential order, and followed on sequentially after the find of the silencer (SBJ/1)...

No witness statement exists providing details of how he took possession of the four exhibits from the scene on 7th August 1985, and the other three exhibits marked SBJ/2, SBJ/3 and SBJ/4, has no corresponding mention in re-written notes in his pocketbook to confirm that he took possesssion of these on that date - this is because to mention the taking of them on 7th August 1985, after his return to the scene, places the date and find of the silencer marked SBJ/1 as having occurred on the same date, and before the other three consecutively named exhibits...

So...

What needs to be done is for those representing Jeremy's current interests to ask Essex police, for all records and information relating to the find and taking of these four exhibits (SBJ/4, SBJ/3, SBJ/2 and SBJ/1) by DS Jones from the scene, and for them to make enquiries as to why the return of DS Jones to the scene (WHF) on the morning of 7th August 1985, is ommitted from the logs kept at the scene that same morning, and why DS Jones does not provide a witness statement outling the circumstances of how these four exhibits came to be in his possession? Additionally, enquiries need to be made of Essex police, as to whether or not it was normal practice for a police officer like DS Jones, to be given, or to be in possession of a blank pocketbook months before the date of the first entries written up in it, were made? Is it normal practice for an Essex police officer to have in his possession two or more different pocketbooks inside which could be recorded conflicting evidence favorable to the defence, and if so why has only the contents of one of these two or more pocketbooks been disclosed? To be noted, is that contained on the pages of this dodgy pocketbook is the signature of police inspector "Bob" Miller, who must have known that DS Jones had been issued with this particular blank pocketbook back in  pocketbook?November 1984, because on the front cover is stamped the official Essex police post date stamp, so why was PI Miller allowing DS Jones to write up notes relating to this case, in that dodgy pocketbook? Lets get the facts right so that there is no big secret, the involvement of DS Jones in this case with exhibits such as the silencer, his dealings with the relatives, and Julie mugford, are all contained in that / this dodgy pocketbook, and PI "Bob" Miller counter signed those entries in that self same dodgy pocketbook which DS Jones didn't really ought to have had...

DS Jones and PI Miller were key prosecution witnesses, who testified during the trial about a great many different features, in particular the silencer, and how it came to fall into the hands of the police after its find by relatives - Miller had been the author of a handwritten schedule inviting other witnesses for the crown to alter the contents of their witness statements, and exhibit references, including references made to the silencer by all and sundry, where he was advising witnesses to alter and change exhibit references for the silencer from SBJ/1, to DB/1 and then to DRB/1. Many of these alterations took place without the knowlege or consent of the witnesses concerned...

A typical example of where someone altered the exhibit reference for the silencer can be found in the witness statement made in the name of LAB' EXPERT, Glynis Howard, who examined a silencer on 13th August 1985, bearing an exhibit label SBJ/1 on that date, but by the time the case came to trial someone had changed the exhibit reference for that / this silencer into DRB/1 without her knowlege or consent - this came to light durting the 1991 / 1992 COLP Investigation, when they looked into this matter...

As can be seen by reference to the date when this pocketbook was first issued to DS Jones (5th November 1984, he retains possession of it for five months throughout November (84), December (84), January (85), February (85) March (85), until 5th April 1985, when he allegedly starts to make entries into it commencing on 5th April 1985 - it was inside this pocketbook that he records his involvement with the silencer, the relatives, and Julie Mugford, and PI "Bob" Miller countersigns pages he wrote in this dodgy pocketbook...

I can only reiterate that DS Jones should not have had control or possession of this dodgy pocketbook for a period of five months before he made the first entry into it, and no senior officer should have issued it to him knowing that this would be the case. Additionally, any senior police officer (PI Miller) who countersigned the pages of such a pocketbook, would know that DS Jones had been issued with this blank pocketbook five months previously, without making a single daily entry into it...

Police regulations stipulate that a police officer may only possess one pocketbook at a time, and not be issued with a new one, until the previous one has expired, or is about to expire, and that only then can a senior police officer issue a new pocketbook to that officer, the details of which will be recorded in a pocketbook issuing register, against signature of the issuing senior officer, and the signature of the officer who is issued the pocketbook. Additionally, from time to time, senior officers will check the entries in pocketbooks to make sure that the pocketbook is kept up to date by signing the pages contained there in, with his own signature, in the same way that PI Miller did with this dodgy pocketbook of DS Jones...

Police officers should make daily entries into their pocketbooks, including the day of the week to which the entries relate, the date and tour of duty for that particular date, and any duties carried out during that particular date, including the taking of meal breaks, and the time they finished working on that particular date. Obviously for five months between 5th November 1984 to 4th April 1985, DS Jones did not follow those / these regulations...

It remains to be seen who issued DS Jones with this pocketbook on 5th November 1984, five months before the first entry was made into it?

DS Jones was one of the key police officers who helped to introduce the silencer evidence (which itself is dodgy), who liased with the relatives in helping to persuade senior police officers that Sheila did not kill the others and herself, and he also conditioned the mind of Julie Mugford before she testified, by interviewing her almost all of the 30 odd occasions she was spoken to before she went to court to testify, and who played a significant role in ensuring that she was not charged with criminal offences which she had been responsible for committing - under such circumstances, you should not be issuing such a police officer with a blank pocketbook five months befire the date he makes the very first entry into it...

Where is the original pocketbook which contains the real notes he recorded covering his involvement in the whf case?

Let us also not forget that the entries in this dodgy pocketbook which DS Jones had possession and control of for five months without making a single entry into it, was countersigned by PI "Bob" Miller, who himself is / was responsible for motivating other prosecution witnesses to alter exhibit references contained in their witness statements, in partcular exhibit references relating to the dodgy silencer, from SBJ/1, to DB/1, and finally to DRB/1...
