He was sent there to confirm death had occured.

And to also confirm the time/s of death,,but failed to carry out that, the most important aspect of a crime scene. Some doctor.!

It wasnt his job to confirm time of death, Lookout. It was his job to confirm that death had occured. Thats it.

But he was a doctor,,and if there'd been the slightest consideration for the deceased, they should have been given a time of death. Was it not customary for the relatives to ask what time they died,as is the norm with most.? I wonder what was on their death certificates.!
That was one of the first questions I was asked when there'd been a death on the hospital ward. The relatives want to know,,,well most.!
I would have asked if I'd been any of the relatives. If only as an act of showing concern.

Lookout, his job was to certify death, thats it. WHF wasnt the place to do an examination on the deceased to establish when they died, it was still a crime scene at that point.

Time of death is important regardless of where a person died. You don't see it do you.? More so if the actual place is a crime scene,,,,D'oh.!

Apparently it is important to record the time of death in a murder situation? This was not done for some reason?

They were all obviously dead, maggie. The DR would have had enough knowledge to realise that.

Oh dear, The doctor who attended the scene was there to certify death. It was the pathologists job to estimate time of death.

How did the doctor know they were dead by not examining them.?
There have been cases of people who were " pronounced " dead in a mortuary, only to come alive again.
