If we leave Bamber to one side at the moment, and look at the bigger picture in Jersey, Because it enjoys the status as an Off Shore Tax Haven, it can be considered as a vehicle of Political Importance. If for arguments sake a Lobbying Firm has regular dealings with Members of Parliament regarding Arms Deals, who is to say what Money transfers take place through it's Jersey Bank Accounts. The recent Media Frenzy involving the comedian Jimmy Carr and the K2 Tax loophole were invented by London Accountancy Firms who's directors are Political Donors. When a National Government based in Whitehall is turning a Blind Eye to Activity which is Illegal to 99% of it's own population it is little wonder that the Baillhache Brothers have been able to rise to such prominence. Their behaviour is reminicent of how the Cray Twins were blackmailing Lord Boothby, I think he was Ronnies Gay Lover. Here you had a Criminal Empire that had reached the heart of Government. When they were locked up I believe everything was moved Offshore to avoid that type of embarissing situation arising in future. The States of Jersey have not always been a financial centre. With this amount of National Government involvement, a  get out of jail card free state was created and it has morphed itself into something not very savoury. It has an Institutionly Corrupt Administration that is answerable to the Crown but is so awash with dirty money    ( some estimate as low as £400 Billions) it becomes unsurprising that David Cameron and his band of spineless muppets aid cover ups like the child abuse scandal because his Political Masters are the very dirtbags that have residency there. Have you got £50,000 to join the Leaders Club, this gives the recipient the Leaders Ear or Bum in certain instances. If Cameron wasn't such a corrupt wimp he wouldn't have got the job in the first place. If this type of scandal had broken in Yorkshire a Task Force would have been sent, Social Services would have been demonised for not carrying out their job, look at the fallout from the Baby P case. The Shoesmith lady was hung out as the most evil woman and used as cover for other failings. I'd get her to investigate the more than 300 claims of abuse as she's got nothing to lose, her proffesional reputation was shredded to save others. Look at Hillsborough, what has happened is The City of Liverpool has been used for Political expediency for 23 years, contantly being villified in the Media because they dared to stand United against Thatcher. The people there have suffered a criminal lack of investment, watched as there livelihoods were transferred overseas, what do the Political Elite call it "outsourcing" and had to endure for 23 years the spectacle of their own Football Supporters being the blame of the worst, Yes Worst case of Incompetence adminstered in crowd control that will be witnessed in this Country, no one would expect that in a Third World Country and what is the outcome. No one will face prosecution for over 90 counts of Manslaughter, 100 West Yorkshire Liars in Uniforms, who incidently were put in charge of The Jersey Investigation of Grahame Power ( How Bent Does That Now Look). What about the traumatic stress endured by the families of the people who lost their lives through no fault of their own and those people still suffering flashbacks to this day, possibly while reading this, who were there thousands and thousands of them going to watch a game, a fucking game. This is what we are watching come out of this, these people, like the people on Jersey have become part of a game of insider dealing, corruption, blackmail and any other dispicable low life form of cheating for personal gain you could think of. The victims of this have no chance what so ever of participating in the game, because they are never going to be Rich Enough, they are the 99%. In summing up this rant, What does Eddie Gilfoyle, Jeremy Bamber, Hillsborough, and The Jersey Child Abuse Sandal all have in common, at the very heart of each and every case Masonic Police Officers have covered up scandalous Miscarriages of Justice and the only way this can be rectified is to make every Police Officer who intends to belong to a Secret Society (eg The Freemasons) let it be known by way of an imprisonable offence that if it is not made public in Court, Inquiry or Other, this collusion will remain a Black Stain on their organisation and become a by word for why this Country has plunged to such depths of low esteem amongst it's own population. And now after all that I am going to have a lay down in a dark room. What do you think of that Justice Leveson!!!!

I enjoyed reading that  ::)

Good god!  :'(

A real eye-opener.I was beginning to read about the scandal when I heard about the Casa Pia in Portugal,,which was managed by a doctor,,,joined by politicians and radio and tv celebrities. Sickening and heartbreaking. Marc Dutroix was also involved in similar scandals in Belgium. It's spread like a cancer.

These people are so wicked, those poor little children.  Certainly puts other things into perspective.
We should never listen to people who say we shouldn't have police checks before allowing them in a position of trust.  We should protect any children against such dreadful abuse.

 Something that might be worth a try for those who have a grasp of twitter, e-mails and the internet is this. Apparently if 100,000 signatures can be gained via an e-petition the question asked has to be raised in Parliament. If people were in agreement perhaps a question could be posed on Police Officers making a declaration of interest regarding Free Masonry Membership. I wonder for instance in the Simon Hall case if that had overtones of Underhand Influences regarding fibre evidence procurement as I do not believe for one second that that was (a) genuine and (b) presented to the court in an unbiased manner. How much discussion was done On The Square ?  Just imagine the Jurors looking on in disbelief when half the investigating officers roll up their trouser legs, along with various witnesses, prosecuting and defence counsel and the Chaiman of the Jury........

Patti  your post to campion sounds quite suggestive in light of what we girls were discussing re: giving the Judges six of the best with you at the helm :)

Yes would be a good idea, these e-petitions can work, there's one for Jeremy on there that I have signed and of course the Hillsborough one forced the government to debate in parliament.  You have to catch the public imagination, I think, so have to get the subject and wording right.imo
