police avoided mentioning pearsons knife at trial..but our defence did not.. the police pathologist when questioned by defence team..had to admit that yes pearsons knife 'could' have been used to inflict the injuries.

Three people are being questioned by police over the death of a man whose body was found in a house in a Norfolk town on Saturday.

David Williams, 31, was found dead at his home in Gaywood, King's Lynn.

Two 27-year-old men from King's Lynn and a 36-year-old woman from Great Yarmouth have been arrested.

Officers from the Norfolk and Suffolk Joint Major Investigation Team have begun a murder inquiry into the circumstances surrounding the incident.

A post-mortem examination which took place on Sunday confirmed that Mr Williams died as a result of stab wounds.

Members of Mr Williams' family are being supported by family liaison officers, police said.

I did ask this Mat. It does seem that Duane was into whaccy baccy, or knew some contacts. Of course this does make him a killer.
 At the moment we only have the comments of Paris, and her admission she knows little of the case, apart from her the fact she attended the trial every day.
It would be really helpful if we could see the court transcript of the case.
On what has been posted so far it does smack of a bad investigation by the police, as is the norm in these cases.
I don't at the moment compare it to the Simon Hall case where no forensic evidence was found, but take on board that Duane was living at the address of Mr Williams, so dna was more than likely to be found.
I would ask Paris, but I don't want my head bitten off again, as she seems to have taken an instant dislike of me.
The other thing is it would have been easier to put suspect A into the frame as it was he that hid a knife under a paving slab.
What troubles me if Duane committed the murder why would he run his mouth off to all and sundry when he could have just kept his gob shut.
The other thing is all the murder weapons were recovered from the scene, so someone knew they were there including Duane, and various other people.
Then there is motive! What was the reason that Duane had to kill Williams?
It seems he was not a popular man, and had enemies. If he had Duane living at his home then it follows that he was happy with him and his girlfriend living in his house, but had trouble with all the other candidates in question.
Some of the things that Paris said do not ring true. ie that two of them had been mates for years, yet one was from London, and the other was from Kings Lynn, so how did they link up?
I am under no illusion that the police fabricate thing, it has been going on since John Peel.

Who gave the police the information about Duane having guns at his home, they must have had this information prior to his arrest?

You never quite get there, do you, Mrs H. I have never discussed G's daughter, I am a parent, myself. You rear them, you love them, but they go their own sweet way. I would be nothing without my children, and my lovely, funny, cuddly grandaughter.

yes the police knew Duane had guns. they had harrassed him a few yrs previously. and he invited them into his flat to see and check his guns. duane belonged to a respectable gun club which was his hobby. the guns were fully licenced legal +above board..and yet the police tore the flat apart?? removed the guns?? took duanes money accusing him of all sorts..for their absurd behaviour police had egg on their faces..had to return the guns, return the money which accompanied a bank reciept (which was duanes rent money for landlord) and were handed a bill from the landord to pay for all the damage caused in the flat..including ripping down the curtain fixtures+fittings.. they behaved like annimals and were obcessed with the guns?? and still wont release them or any other of his property so a law suit is in order..why break up the flat when they were let in willingly..dont even get me started.. some one must have mentioned where duane planned to go on the monday..police wld have contacted council to call them once he arrived for his appt i wld guess..duane isent violent  and was in total shock..

Oncesaid I am trying to be fair and have already deleted quite a few posts already. I agree it is unfair to the thread, but all threads tend to go off topic now and then...So I have done my best to edit and delete...
