Roch, there is the milk from an ordinary coconut and then there is the water from King Coconut which is sterile and full of minerals.  It is used to cure all in places lik Sri Lanka but is not as nice as the milk.

That watery stuff that comes out of them is certainly fit for a king.

The clear watery stuff can sort out stomach upsets and all sorts of bugs and viruses.  Th King Coconut is the big yellow one not the brown hairy one.
