Anyway, if you go along the dual carriageway with the police station on your right you eventually come to a train station on your left, and that is where the demonstration was taking place...

As I said. The only prison in Colchester that I am aware of is the Army prison?

The only prison in Colchester is the MCTC (Military Corrective Training Centre).

Barney, is a dog that was shot 10 times with an air rifle, attacked with a meat cleaver and then dumped on the A12 with a noose round it's neck by it's owner.  He appeared at the magistrates court today and received a 6 month sentence, as well as a welcoming committee.

It has it's critics, although I think it's quite a nice building really, the architecture is a bit blocky and monolithic, plus it has two or three ugly elevations, but it sort of suits its function.

I like it anyway.

Chelmsford also has a new magistrates court.  Not quite as fancy as that one though!
