Both Vidvic and Hartley know the family very well. I've spoken to Vidvic and can testify he is a very honest and genuine chap.

Thanks for that, yes he comes across as genuine. Hartley knows them too?

I don't think you ever get over something like this. And it goes on and on....they can never put it behind them.

You don't. And from the very little information that you conveyed to me it is clear that Ann Eaton is still very much traumatised by this dreadful event. It must have knocked the whole family for six. I don't think anyone was cold and calculating. It would take a superman/woman to survive this kind of thing unaffected.

How many people do you think help in this cover up Patti?

Hi sagar

I think there are a handful of people keeping JB in jail. I also think there has been a grave injustice. I will try to use facts to justify why I think there was and still is a conspiracy to keep JB in jail.

I think he had a very unfair trail and the evidence against was very light indeed. There was never a full investigation at the onset and the majority of evidence and forensic test were never done and the tests that were done were shabby and not well managed....We have Sheila's hand swabs rejected on submission, had the court been aware of this, it could have been challenged in court. It should and was a vital piece of evidence, especially for DNA.

All clothing from all victims were destroyed in 1996....why? when they knew JB was still protesting his innocence...Again DNA

The sugar in the kitchen...the jury was lead to believe that this could have been on Sheila's feet.  After the trial in 1991/2 AE said the sugar was contained under the table and it was later divulged that the sugar had been knocked over by one of the raid team....Had the jury known this they would understand that it would have been impossible for sugar to have been on her feet.

The point of entry and exit from the building....Jean B. tells the court that the things had been moved from near the kitchen window...this encourages the fact that entry was made form the kitchen window.....It is later established that the said window was opened by police and they had moved the items....If the jury had known this then the entry theory would have been demolished....

If Stan Jones was asked where he phoned Julie up on the day of the verdict, we would have known her whereabouts, but to this day, I do not believe this was asked. If he had been asked then it would determine whether or not she was in a NOTW hotel on the day of the verdict......this being important to the 2002 appeal.....

To this day Essex police are still withholding documents and photographs that might prove a man's innocence.....He has been trying to retrieve these documents over two decades.....If these documents were to be released, then Essex police would not be under scrutiny......

sagar there is much much more....there are the powers to be.....the removal of certain things, i wont go in to....but is all designed to keep the searcher away from finding the truth....and this may never happen in our life time....Justice for all? No such thing! Sorry this was a bit drawn out....:)

Yes I do.

Would JB s conviction being overturned and the fact he could most likely get his inheritance back affect you or your family in any way financially

No. Not in any way. Absolutely not.

Btw. It doesn't work like that and no matter how many times people tell you you repeatedly trott out the myth, he'll get his inheritance back.

I know one thing, and that's  it would take a superhuman barrister to get past this lot to secure Jeremy's release.
There are a lot of " wheels within wheels " with anything that includes the law,as doctors, psychiatrists, solicitors, social workers, teachers, police all work together, and I'd go as far as to say,who are all in cahoots, and unless you can pin down someone who is wholly independent of the above, then the poor man doesn't stand a chance, new evidence or not.
JB's well and truly up against a brick wall.

Same question for Hartley

It would likely have a dramatic effect.

It would mean that this forum would probably cease to exist (unless it remained open for gloatation), which would in turn reduce the amount of time I sit in front of the computer feverishly prattling away.

Unfortunately, that would then have the knock on effect that my better half would be able to get online and start buying things (whether we needed them or not). I mean, who needs an electronic soap dispenser?  ??? So yes, financially, it would certainly be a drain.  :(

So Vic

You are saying Jeremy will get his inheritance back?

Btw. It doesn't work like that and no matter how many times people tell you you repeatedly trott out the myth, he'll get his inheritance back.
