who ever did it must have been watching the McCanns for some time.

Whoever it was nugnug, was certainly watching and had got to know the McCann's ate out every night.  Someone local that could see the apartment, an holiday maker who was staying in the complex....Someone must have known their movements at night...:)

Well yeah, who else would know their routine? I doubt it being an opportunist.......

I was reading on the statements from one of the raid team and he said he opened a window in a room downstairs....the reason he did this was if their was a shooter, he would have a quick escape.

This is my thought on the reason the bedroom window was open in the twins bedroom in PDL....So the abductor could get out quick, if any of the family came back to do their check...:)

Hi there, regarding those objects in the pic,yes it's an air-freshener " holder ",but not a bolt. It's actually the pressurised gas/perfumed cylinder which fits inside the container, shown, and  when inserted, activates its release by pressing the base of it.

Hi Lookout, so pleased you have joined. Did you see the new picture of Madeleine? I thought it was a better image than the last one; this one looks like Madeleine....:)

Interesting.  It looks like between you, you & bridget have answered the question in full then.
