I can see where he is coming from. He looks at the trace marks on the right hand side of the bed that might relate to June having been shot whilst laying on that side of the bed.

If you look closely at the position where June is finally laid, you will note that she had a shot to her shoulder and as she fell there is trace evidence on the door behind her.  June fell backwards into the door of she was sat at the time....But if you were to stand June up from her laying position you will see that she is at the bottom of the bed facing Sheila's side before she fell backwards into the door. The trace evidence supports this.  So thus might mean that the killer was in fact stood where Sheila's feet were or in that area.  :-\ :-\ :-\

Dr Craig's description of the blood on the door was spatter.  The trajectory of the bullets was consistent with the shooter being somewhere near the foot of the bed not all the way on Nevill's side. For instance a shot went through her knee from front to back not right to left.

Dr Craig desrcibed the blood on the door as spatter.

June had an exit wound and when she fell on the door she left a trace from that exit wound. Its quite visible. I can't see any spatter on the door, but on saying that, I guess there is not a lot we can see in photographs...?

The photos we have posted here don't show the back of the door, Dr. Craig is the one who specifically noted the blood.  He said blood was splattered on the rug near Juen's body and the back of the door.

She had 3 exit wounds, the knee, arm and upper back but all 3 bullets were fired while she was in bed and the bullets thus remained in the bed. 2 wounds she could have received while sitting on the bed as she tried to get up or as she was starting to get up.  The one between her eyes most likely resulted in the spatter to the door.  The door had to be closed enough for the back to be facing her of course. If the door had been wide open then blood would not have been able to get on the back.

There is a photograph on here somewhere where it shows you all the graphic details.  It is not in the archives.  Mike has the photograph and I am not sure if he will show it too you, because of its graphic content. But, we have Sheila's photo, so why not June's... I know its on here somewhere,  I used to have a copy but I deleted it when I upgraded to windows 8........I and Hartley discussed it...and he agreed with what I said..

Lookout. I know this is what Herbert said, but he only had pictures to work from and was very limited in what he knew about about the case. Its a mistake on his part.... :-\ ;D ;D ;D

I put this report in the STATEMENTS AND TRANSCRIPTS LIBRARY. It is there - not quite like Harters´, but it is there and can be viewed.  ;D

In the future, if someone wants something in the archive, tell me, I won´t do it without prompting! We need Harters....
