McDonnell Seems to rely on the old 'the gun was too long for Shiela to have reached the trigger' theory to reach his conclusion. I don't buy the blood pooling in the armpit either and as for 'June walking around the bedroom bleeding'... give me a break!

I'm not sure about June walking round the bedroom either. It seems to have been accepted that she did but I don't reckon they tested enough of the blood on the carpet to be sure. None of Nevill's blood was found in the bedroom according to Mike but there must have been some there if he was shot there.

The blood on Sheila's nightdress is a puzzle. It seems to me that she was flat on the floor straight after she was shot - the blood going across both sides of her face tell me that, and she was not moved whilst that blood was flowing across her face.  I still don't see how any blood could have run down her nightdress whether her hand was against her neck or not.

I keep coming back to that. I don´t understand how the blood got to her armpit area.

Mouth blood ..simple...
why does blood have to run both sides of the mouth at once..it does not...(it would also need a large amount of blood pooled in the mouth to do this!!!).

Head tilted to right a little...blood runs from right of mouth....none from left of mouth.

move head so slight tilt to left...blood runs from left of mouth..

simple...all it needs is a little head movement after death..once enough blood has pooled in the mouth to escape from the lower side.

New reports have been obtained from Professor Herbert Leon McDonnell, which are currently with the CCRC, which appear to support the suggestion that the body was stage managed prior to the taking of crime scene pictures...

I have not seen a copy of these myself, but I have been assured by Jeremy that they are very favorable to the proposition that the police must have stage managed the scene...

Funny how professor Herbert Leon McDonnell doesn´t mention the bloodstain-free rug under Sheila. He mentions the bloodstains on the wall-to-wall carpet and he mentions the Bible, but not the rug (or the socks.)

What everyone has to bear in mind, is that at the time Professor H. L. McDonnell made his report, he was given access to all the facts, or all the crime scene pictures - nor was he made aware of the discrepancies recorded in the police logs...

Surely you meant "wasn't" rather than "was".

If that's what you believe then why the hell did you try to quote his report to prove your case? If it's inaccurate because he didn't have all the information, then I fail to see how you can rely on it in any capacity.

and if thats your line of reasoning then how the hell can you be satisfied about JB's guilt when its clear you and the courts and the jury never had all the information!

It's not my line of reasoning. It wasn't Mikes either, until he backtracked when I pointed out that the report never said what he said it did, an attempt to mislead and misguide.
