Howdy,

Has the CCRC published their most recent written decision refusing referral to the court of appeal? Will it be available shortly?

Have the details of the previous provisional rejection been published? (I have been googling but can't find anything so please excuse my questions if they seem a bit thick.)

No, the CCRC do not publish their statement of reasons for rejection.  This is only sent to the defence.

There are good reasons why the defence would not publish it at this stage, with further court proceedings planned.  If it were to be published in the future, in order to be understood all of the submissions and supporting documents would also have to be published as well as the defence response to the CCRC's lengthy statement of reasons.
