I think its an excellent idea.  I do however think that the true identities of those members on the forum would have to be revealed and their true reasons for joining would have to be established first and foremost.  My reasons being that to understand why someone thinks one way or the other could relate to who they are or because they are biased in some way.  This does not however stop those giving their opinion but would maybe go a little towards understanding wht they feel the way they do.  If those members were not willing to reveal their true identity then their comments could still be published but would maybe not be regarded as as important as others.  If you don't have something to hide then there should be no problem.  May I also add that I do not think that the true identities of forum members should be used in the book unless they state they would like them to be but just to whoever is writing the book so that the author gets a greater understanding of those forum members.  I believe that the author needs all the facts to be able to produce a balanced account.

For the mods - I think that there should be a way that members are unable to post on a thread until they have introduced themselves on the forum.  I for one like to know a little about the new members and when I joined read all the previous members posts on the foyer just so that I was able to get to 'know them' a little better.  Introducing on the forum is getting less and less and although I think it it excellent that new members are joining I do think it important to introduce first.

Sorry for waffling.  All of these comments are of course in my opinion.

I would be interested to know what everyone else thinks.  :) :) :)

Its a good idea the more people who know about the case the closer we are to justice, a paperback might be the best method of release, create a barcode and you could sell on Amazon could also offer via Amazon Kindle.
Where can we get a barcode from though merol? Will we need one each?
