It's on the BBC iPlayer, but perhaps too serious - one kinda wants Montalbano to produce a lollipop. At least there are subtitles, so one can turn off the incredibly rapidly spoken, and often high-pitched, Italian argumentation.

Critque Reader.  I think it's very atmospheric and well shot.  The score is also quite tense.
