Campaigning to highlight a MOJ
« on: February 16, 2012, 01:52:PM »
The item below was in a National Newspaper yesterday

Colly Case

A student accused of sending offensive messages on Twitter to football pundit Stan Collymore appeared in court yesterday.
Joshua Cryer, 21, of Burnley, Lancs who is studying law in Newcastle, denied the charge. He was granted bail by Newcastle magistrates until his trial on April 2nd.

As someone who has suffered more abuse than most people while trying to help highlight a miscarriage of justice I think it just shows that I can take action against the people attacking me for doing something I believe in.  It is particularly galling that some of the nasty abuse comes from so called Bamber supporters and even one that has her testimonial on the official Bamber website. Although the messages were nasty abusive lies I have never had an apology from these people or Jeremy himself.

Jackie, I can sympathise with your feelings; but whilst overtly campaining for what one believes in one does expose themselves to all sorts, and I guess you have to be relatively thick skinned to take it to the end.

As for the apologies, don't seek them - but carry on with what you believe in.

The reward will come (if you are correct about the MOJ that is!  ;) )

Nick I would do it all again for someone who needed help but I would be more selective in who I chose to campaign for.
It's not to much to expect honesty and respect when you put yourself on the line for someone
This campaign is like a soap opera and I would never let myself get used again

For me this case was always about getting to the truth

From John Lamberton ten minutes ago

She need not think that we are just going to roll over and forget the malicious abuse perpetrated by her some months ago against me and others because we dared to challenge her pathetic attempts to glorify a child murderer.

We will see what she has to say when I call round to Preecey Towers to confront this malicious cyber bully.

Thats what you get for campaigning to help Jeremy Bamber

This sort of threat should be reported to the police Jackie, for your own protection.  I am sure they would give John Lamberton a suitable warning about his conduct.  This is at least the third time he has threatened to confront you at your home.  At least this time he has not said that he will bring others with him.

John as we have all established your forum is a sham with you using multiple user names to try to mislead everyone you are more popular than you are could you please post details of when I am supposed to have been visited by the police for cyber bullying or is it another figment of your imagination?

John why did you have to remove large chunks of your forum where specific names were mentioned?

There is not much left now is there?

No rush John anytime this afternoon!

Whoever sent you such a message was very wrong in doing so.

Opinions are fine but, for me, a line is crossed when it is specifically detailed someone will 'call round' to 'confront'.

Not acceptable in my opinion.

I agree.  What makes this more serious is that the message is posted publicly on John Lamberton's forum, as have been similar threatening messages.

Well in that case Jackie should make a screen print and capture the message as published.

Isecond that Jackie. This man is the cyber bully, not you. Report him. Perhaps they will cart him off to the luny bin together with all his brain dead followers on that disgusting excuse of a forum.

Jackie, I think there may have been too many competing egos involved in campaigning for this particular case.  Too many cooks can spoil the broth?  A person can also unwittingly keep bad counsel, especially where they themselves are so restricted and dependent upon others.

Please explain Rochy I dont understand?

Anything that I have done for Jeremy has been totally independent and I don't like getting involved in politics and I have had to take steps over the last few weeks to stop this whole campaign going wrong.

I would like to point out that there three people at the moment that are important and pivitol to Jeremys conviction being overturned and I have a connection to all three of them so whatever anyone has done to cause trouble for me has not worked.
Something is about to happen that will make it impossible for the case NOT to go to the court of appeal.
I had a plan and this is the final part of what I wanted to happen.  It is just brilliant.
The three men helping Jeremy are just incredible.
So John L make sure you take a copy of this post and wait
