Are Essex Police Liars
« on: February 10, 2012, 06:13:PM »
Does anybody know what the procedure is if Essex Police are found to have lied in their investigation
and subsequent COLP investigation of them ?

At the moment the argument is a miscarriage of justice, but if and it's a big if, infact the police
are found to have fired a second gunshot to secure a conviction on the grounds of noble cause
corruption, then it isn't a miscarriage of justice, it becomes something else ?

I fully appreciate that this is purported as accidental, but factoring in the Americans experience
with gunshot wounds, they will have carried out extensive testing on weapons and thouroughly
analyzed x-rays, autopsy reports and will definitely used all available photographic records of all
.22 calibre firearms to rule out errors. Bamber claims his family were used for . . . . . .  . . . . . . . . ,
what happens if his claims are substantiated.

But why would they do that campion unless the police believed that JB had in fact committed the murders before they (the police) even entered WHF that morning? The fact of the matter is that publicly they believed that SC had murdered her family and then committed suicide.

Janet, Perhaps RWB put pressure on the Police after finding out what went wrong. Perhaps the Police
already use this as some form of alternative cover-up tactic. Whatever is said Essex Police have behaved
suspiciously throughout the 26 years, if nothing was untoward why was it necessary for an inquiry
by COLP, why did Dickinson write a report, why have we got to a stage of a possible third appeal. If you
need to look at what Essex Police are capable of, check out Operation Century on Wikipedia and read
how Essex Police intimidated relatives of the Rettendon Three, By getting the RUC to pose as the IRA
in telephone conversations threatening to put bombs in their cars. Perhaps Z is real and does have
photo's of Sheila with a single wound, in Graeme McLagan's book, Bent Coppers on page 14 there is
reference to a lettering system for police officers, "all the blokes on the Robbery Squad had a drink out
of it, going right up to - Y and all the rest of them. Don't pretend. I used to bung Z [ a commander ] and
A [ a detective superintendent ] and it used to go up to the xxxxxxx top of the tree, used to go up to
the Assistant Commissioners ". These are extracts from taped conversations from Operation Countryman.

Are Essex Police liars, are they corrupt, do they sell information to News International, are they
capable of framing innocent people, do they intimidate prosecution witnesses, are they in it to get
what they can, do they accept bribes or are they all just misunderstood upstanding pillars of society
that are doing a difficult job that's poorly paid. I know what I believe !!!

Well Lord Justice Leveson is turning his eye on them now. So we will soon find out.
