RWB's "diary " is an Epistle, thats sole intention is to destroy a persons character, I cannot see
why the defence didn't raise this to the judge and jury ?

He had "decided" very early on that Jeremy had done it. I wonder how many conversations they had with Julie Mugford?

This so called 'diary' speaks volumes about the character of RWB - what a horrible, bigotted man.

He must have resented Jeremy for years.  He was hell bent in implicating JB from the word go!

We could spend days picking holes in all his self-confessed theories, and the contradictions.

The 'entry' for 14th Aug is interesting.  Who were the Foakes?

He mentions a Jim Carr. I used to know the Carrs of Carrs Farm down Fambridge road. We used to go there for fireworks night when we were young. Whether it is the same Carr family I'm not sure? Roger Carr used to head the Maldon carnival on his horse. We got invited into the farm house for a cup of tea after we spent the day building the bonfire. Nice family.
