Police Complaints Commission
« on: January 27, 2012, 01:06:PM »
The Police code of conduct sets out how all Police officers and staff should behave. Full
details on Independent Police Complaints Commission website.

            Appropriate behaviour includes

            Acting with honesty and integrity

Treating members of the Public and their colleagues with respect

             Acting with fairness and impartiality

Only using reasonable and proportionate force

Acting in a manner that Does Not Undermine Public Confidence In The Police

I am personally struggling to agree that that happens !

The HMCPSI ( Her Majesty's Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate ) is the independent
inspectorate for the Crown Prosecution Service ( CPS ), the principal prosecuting authority for
criminal cases in England and Wales. The purpose of the HMCPSI is to enhance (LOL) the quality
of Justice through independent inspection and assessment of prosecutoin services, and in so doing
improve (LOL) their effectiveness and efficiency. To the best of our knowledge, HMCPSI is the first
independent quality assurance body for a prosecuting authority in the World. It was set up in 2000.

In May 1986, Cynthia Payne was arrested at her home for prostitution charges. Barristers, Police
and High Court Judges used to pay Cynthia ( Christine ) to let them dress in lingerie and then beat
them as bondage slaves. One Barrister, dressed in Bra and pants used to clean her kitchen while she
rode on his back beating him with a whip. Payne quipped " cor he didn't half do a good job ".

In 1987 she was aquitted of all charges at her trial. Justice xxxxxx xxxxx was one of her punters, alledgedly. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Censored for obvious reasons, amusing though this was!

Well seeing as they only read capital letters, yes I think they got that message. When they come together for meetings they speak to each other in titles.

Twentysix years ago, it was easy to perform a cover up of wrong doing in Public Office. Today
with the creation of twitter and the internet, a cover up can go viral within minutes. Jackie Preece
tweeted one of her 2,293 followers who has 96,844 followers who he retweeted. How are Government
Justice bodies going to perform cover ups in the future. They no longer control the Media, We Do !

Keir Starmer, sort this mess out now, before it gets really embarrassing. We are not going away !!

That is why they are trying to establish laws to limit our freedom on the internet. It is at the moment out of their control and they are worried. Let's hope they won't get any of these laws passed.
