The relatives + the police
« on: January 23, 2012, 08:37:PM »
Jeremy has just posted a scan of a letter sent to Ann Eaton in November 1986, inviting her to lunch with the Chief Constable of Essex Police. WTF?? I know people said they were all quite cosy - can anyone advise why it would be she would be lunching with them? Jeremy's tweet says "Ann Eaton invited to lunch...again" so this obviously wasn't a one off.http://twitpic.com/8auao0

nugnug, I am sorry if I misunderstood your point, mine was Noye committed murder, which
in court was deemed self defence, and through his "network " associated with police and politicians.

In actual fact the police (plain clothed lot) do associate with criminals on a regular basis. You may not believe this but there are a lot a shady deals go on between police and the criminal fraternity. Of course that isn't reference to Ann's meeting this chap for dinner. It's just a thought you might like to know?

When you go over the case from the relatives side you sense urgency  a quickness to get the case moving and all point to Jeremy, he stood no chance ,
with Sheila in no mental condition to benefit anything should anything happen to Ralph and June , it would have been a battle between Jeremy and the relatives, all the money gone on what exactly?

Having read the Guardian story from earlier this week about Dean Boshell's murder and subsequent conviction of Ricky Percival  on the uncorroborated "evidence" of Damon Alvin , I am struck by the apparent parallels with the JB case regarding the behaviour (or M.O. as some would call it) of Essex Police . Detectives spent 94 hours schooling (sorry interviewing ) Alvin . Whilst he was in prison his house was sold bringing £190,000 profit which could have been seized under the Proceeds of Crime Act . Essex Police allegedly facilitated the sale . EP seeming to go beyond the call of duty in order to benefit a "witness" (who also happens to be a criminal and who stands to gain financially by the conviction ) . Percival lost an appeal last year (no surprise there ) , at the Court of "Appease" . His case is now with the CCRC who will no doubt use their legendary powers to see justice served .                                                                                              EP do seem to have a M.O. of sorts . Spend lots of time schooling a criminal to get their story straight , make sure that the "witness" gains financial reward and then "goes away" . Somehow this uncorroborated self serving story is counted as evidence .                                                                           The Police get away with all of this because the Court of "Appease" is little more than a fig leaf .                  Sorry to be long winded , incoherent  and probably off topic but have read the forum for some time now and this appears to be no bar so thought I would give my tuppence worth. Finally if you haven't read the article , it is very illuminating regarding EP .
