Where's the EVIDENCE /PROOF of that ?

Where's your proof that it was?

Ok, and to get the facts right, you nor anybody else knows the exact time when Sheila died, is that correct?
Correct Mike,I and anyone else are guessing at time of death, you know say she was moved to floor with 1 wound. Statement says police Doc certifies death with 1 wound at 8.44 so therefore 1st. shot must be fatal according to Evidence, dont you agree. therefore the recovery with non fatal neck wound in the kitchen & running up the rear stairs to shoot herself is now a non starter ?

Mike,I dont need to prove it wasn't. Youv'e stated it wasn't on the body. I'll put it another way, what leads you to that conclusion?

I should imagine he draws those conclusions from (1) Ann's statement where she says that Sheila and June were on the bed and the gun was between them. (2) He says he has seen a picture of them on the bed with the gun between them.

I'd love to see the photo....
I'm pretty sure AE statement would state she had been told (1). I'm sure that plays to the defence if PC's statements relied on more than Photo's

Anns statement, yes, but I have not seen a photograph of June and Sheila on the bed with gun between them, I have only seen two different photographs of Sheila on the bed, and in both photographs there was no gun at all on the bed, or on her body...

Mike, just a thought that may have been covered. I'll take it as fact the body of SC has moved (AE statement). BUT, is it possibe the body was moved floor to bed ? maybe by the training team, and then The PC see's it an informs AE. ?

No, because photo's I have seen of Sheila on bed, do not have blood running from the each side of her mouth, etc...
