Just seen this on Aol, is it time to abolish the police and hand it over to our armed forces, the rank smell of rubbish drifts everywhere with this shower.

I'll tell you what. What he says about beating up prisoners is true. My mate of years ago was in a fight outside the Palace hotel in Southend. When the cops arrested them they often beat them up in the police vans. These vans weren't like the vans of today. They weren't locked in a cage. The police often gave them a good hiding and then said the accused received the injuries in the fights they were in. Not sure if that still happens today though?
