Hi Mike,

Were these incredibly damming documents (the letter from CC to RB and CC's statement) shown to the Jury?

I believe the Jury were very misled by the prosecution and I hope for a positive result for Jeremy Bamber on or shortly following the 31st January 2011

Newbury1:-  No, these documents were not shown to the jury, or their contents mentioned to them,  at all. Even more damning, were the contents of FREDDIE EMANI, (Sheila's boyfriend), statement, which I will be en-devouring to publish for public perusal in due course, in which he speaks about being in fear of his life, and for the lives of others, when Sheila had one of her funny turns, etc...

Of course, the prosecutions case, did not mention any of this to the jury, but nevertheless, they knew full well about it...
