Upon arrival at the scene, Jeremy introduced himslef to the police who were akready there, and the police who were there had been told to expect Jeremy there to meet them - with this in mind, why would PC Myall be describing Jeremy as the unidentified male, at 03:45am, considering that Jeremy identified himself to the police upon arrival at the scene, and why would PC Myall be adding the sighting of the unidentified male to a list of suspects that the police were hoping to identify in and by September 1985, after the nature of the investigation had changed from SC/688/85 into SC/786/85, because by that stage Jeremy was known to them, and as such PC Myall would not be describing or referring to Jeremy as an unidentified male.
This issue aside Mike...
First of all, I would like to state that I do not agree with the opinion that your work and input in to this forum represents 'wild theories based on piecemeal evidence'. I feel that such a label is for the most part, misleading and unfair. That's not to say that you're never wrong or engaged upon extending your search up a blind alley. This will happen from time to time, as is the nature of exploring possibilities...
Now getting back to the issue. Is it not feasible that before Jeremy was able to introduce himself, Myall, perhaps on edge or perhaps in the spirit of efficiency, radioed in an unident male? Secondly, are you able to share any docs which support Myall adding the unident male to a list of suspects by September?
Yes, When I lay my hands on the complete document which lists all the (a) unidentified males, all the (b) unidentified females, and (c) unidentified vehicles, which Essex police were intending or trying to locate and eliminate from their inquiries, it will become clear that this project (Document is called THE MAJOR INCIDENT PROJECT) came into play only once the nature of the investigation altered from being one of four murders and a suicide under SC/688/85, into five murders, under SC/786/85...
Of course...
By that stage, the police had known about Jeremy's identity from 7th August 1985, and therefore, once the nature of the investigation changed at the beginning of September 1985, PC Myall would not be describing Jeremy, as an unidentified male. Similarly, incident in question refers to seeing unidentified male at whf, not in Pages lane. Lastly, the two police officers and Jeremy were absolutely certain that they had all witnessed seeing a figure in the bedroom, which caused them to race from the grounds and back to the patrol car to pass a message about what thy had seen and to request the firearms team to be deployed - yet, if we treat the sighting of the unidentified male as a sighting of Jeremy when he first arrived at the scene, where does the sighting of the figure at the bedroom window fit in with the police trying to identify the figure seen in the bedroom?
The sighting of the unidentified male, at 03:45am, by PC Myall was part of the new approach in the case (SC/786/85) to try and identify Mathew McDonald as the hit man...
