hello my name is Roy
« on: September 18, 2011, 09:29:AM »
Hello all,

My name is Roy, im 68 years old, retired pyschologist from Groningen, Netherlands

I am interested in this case, I did think for a time that Bamber could have been innocent, now am inclined to believe he is an accomplished Liar who has convinced himself and others of his innocence and cannot come to terms with what he did on that August night back in 1986

However, I am interested in viewing the information gathered here, perhaps my opinion can be changed again!

Welcome to the forum, Roy. I was struck by your name as I know Segers in the US and Canada. What stirred your interest in the case and how long have you been researching it? Also, what was it that initially convinced you of Jeremy Bamber's innocence - psychological aspects of the case? - and why did you change your mind?

You really are a very sad individual horsey.  You seem to have nothing better to do than to post insults in an attempt to goad members of the forum.  The "facts" that you have posted in the past are rubbish.  You clearly have no knowledge of the case and certainly do not have the inside track on the CCRC which you have claimed.  You have used multiple user names in order to promote your fantasy that a journalist had contacted you for information on the case.  I am leaving your post rather than deleting it so that others can form their own opinion.  You really ought to grow up.

Horsey/Jules, I just love you posting here!

You are such a gift to Jeremy's case, every time you post your vitriolic nonsense here you boost the case for Jeremy and discredit the anti's case.

Keep on posting, H/J, money can't buy the PR job that you do for Jeremy and the pro Bambers.

Hi Roy and welcome to the forum.

Do you think that JB is in denial?  The reason I ask is because I  have heard this numerous time before that when moj victims wont admit their guilt and persist in proving their innocence, it is noted in their paperwork that they are in denial, distancing themselves from the crime they were accused and convicted of.

I dont think that JB is capable of convincing anyone of his innocence, never mind himself.  Genuine individuals who are interested in this case, will have their doubts of innocence or guilt due to the information that is found here and elsewhere and reach their own conclusions, and not be swayed by an individual just because they say they are innocent.

For many years JB himself has attempted to get evidence which has been witheld from him/defence team and was unable to be used at his trial.  There has also been a vast amount of information that supports his innocence that has eventually been able to be put out into the public domain, thanks to the internet and forums likes this.

Would a guilty man be so determined and fight for all evidence to be disclosed if there was any chance that there could be evidence which would lose him loyal supporters.  I think not.  I also believe if the witheld evidence supported his guilt, that it would have been used at the trial.  The key to JB's freedom is being withheld under PII, in my opinion.  What have EP got to hide?

I don't believe anyone until I'm sure of them. But you have two accounts which you share with horsey. Also how come you know who he is?
