Sorry, NGB, don't wish to mislead you - Chris stuck to the line in the tv thing - ie. that is was a trick of light when we spoke. It was something else he seemed to hint at, and he seemed to be implying Jeremy may not have pulled the trigger - at least, that's what I think he alluded to.

Pity they prosecuted him and have kept him in prison for 26 years for doing exactly that?

They are looking for get out clauses... to buy further time... to delay any potential shift in opinion... which would of course, begin to place them under immense pressure.

Nobody gave a shit about the phone hacking scandal until someone mentioned little Millie Dowler.  There is a line the British Public will not allow people or organisations to cross.  But once that line has been crossed, the British public are capable of releasing a shit storm of almighty proportions.

Fuck chubby Bews and his lying smug faced comrade Miller.  I'm off for a pint.

Any chance you feel like sharing with us what Bews alluded to, Sparks?  I hate cliffhangers!

I agree with Rochy, how dare they!

Sparks, if Jeremy hired a hitman to kill five people, including two little kids, (yeah right!),  for 2000 £, (more yeah right!) why didn´t he make sure to have an airtight alibi? That is elementary - and one of the reasons people hire killers: to make sure that they can prove that it was impossible for them to have been at the murderscene.
Jeremy was home alone, sleeping. Not much of an alibi.

Hello Abs,

Jeremy wasn't sleeping though was he?

He phoned Julie Mugford a short while before 'the call' came in from Neville.

I was very much on Jeremy's side on this for a long time.

The call to Mugford - assuming she was telling the truth took on a new meaning when the hitman theory was introduced to me last July. If Jeremy phoned Julie at around 3am to say something like 'all's not well at the farm' then what on earth was he talking about?

Much falls back on Mugford.

A lot seems to fall back on Mugford, she seems to be well among it.

Hello Sparks.

Don't hit on Abs.

How do you know Jeremy wasn't sleeping?

How can you claim Jeremy's call to Mugford was before his call was from Nevill?

You have confused me with your recent posts, are you playing some sort of game?

For Jackie,

What does Jeremy say about this call to Mugford then?

Did it happen?

What was the content?

Why 3am?

Why did the defence miss the 'trick of light' / 'figure in a window' opportunity?

Hitting on Abs - how do you work that out?

I'm not playing any kind of game.

Sorry if you are confused.

Well here goes, im unable to give my version on how i think the events took place on the night, but i do counter offer this to think over, Why were the twins spared full frontal facial fatal injuries? i think i might have a credible answer but wanted to see what the replies are.

I think we need to take in to account that Sparks has actually spoken to these people, whereas most of us have not.

Sparks, re the defence... ask Mike about the figure in the windo... Also, when was the first time Jeremy mentioned blaming the raid team for the killings? (other than as noted on the day, in police documents)?

I hope you'll forgive me for saying that you write like a red top journo, Sparks. Everything is sensationalised, mysticised and cryptic. Yet when we pick apart what you're actually saying and attempt to grasp the essence of it...there is no essence, it's as vacuous as air.
