At one time i thought sheila had been caught short by her period, but she cant have been, she brought tampons to whf with her, so she was expecting her period.

I was thinking similar yesterday, but also had she brought her tampax with her and knew her period was due, had she the date written down?  If her head was all over the place due to her illness, how did she remember the dates that she was due to come on?

I also thought that if Sheila killed herself, in her state of mind the leaving off of the pants may have been for no other reason but to shock.

or if they were aware Hm, maybe they were too scared too move or say anything.

but with one twin still having his thumb in his mouth i think its unlikely.
I see no way those kids slept through the masacre as described.
Now if a silencer was involved... but then that becomes a bit more inconvenient  ;)
Bob, are you aware how little noise a .22 makes, with, or without a silencer.
it does not make a noise like a twelve bore, in fact a .22 is reletivly quiet.

Not really Cliff, but if they're that quiet why do people use silencers on them?

Sparkfilms info was second or third hand just like Hartley and the fairy story of the caravan court case

Mike says he saw it I don't think he had an agenda god knows how the police treated shells body it's disgusting what happened that morning reanactment and all

Okay Bob, I understand that a lot of folk do not know how much noise these guns make.
A silencer is normally fitted, so when you have a shot at a rabbit for instance it will not spook the other rabbits around it.
I have been out with my son, and he has shot a rabbit, and the others just sit there, as they did not hear the shot.
Different things can also come into play, for instance the wind direction.
There are many variables

Yeah Jackie, it was indeed third hand as it happens.

I'm meeting a member of Jeremy's original defence team on Sunday evening to discuss aspects of the case. Anything to report will clearly be second hand, but I'm not sure I'll waste my time.

Thanks for clarifying that Cliff.

But even with the gun not making much noise I still think the human noise of people being shot, running up and down the stairs, presumably shouting at each other, and the fight in the kitchen would have woken the kids.

Thats for sure! JB will be released and I'll still be trying to make sense of it all. It doesnt help when there are a few others on the radar, that had motive and opportunity.

I don't know Bob, But I have suggestion for you to consider.
The boys normally resided in London, but were now in the country with all that fresh air. They probably ran there socks off in this enviorment, and were knackered, so slept like logs.
I have seen this when my kids were young, and we went to the seaside.
