In my view he got caught lying on a number of issues..most obviously that he had been out shooting when Sheila was present .
Seemed to act in the normal manner of a liar being tripped up in court.
Where is the evidence that she had ever been out shooting with him?

In the photographs of the shoot taken by Robert Hauser, I would think.

Wasn't Hauser a relation of AP's  - was he AP's father in law?
Has anyone seen these photographs?

Shame Hartley's not about, he might know of them ;D

Keira,I have seen one of the photos from the shoot. Is a photo of Sheila holding a gun.I think it is in my crime magazine, forget what it is called but you can pick them up on ebay real cheap.

Anthony Pargeter was not questioned about whether or not he would benefit from the state of Ralph Bamber in the event that Jeremy was convicted of his murder?

Would that have been relevant though Mike, given his testimony?

It doesn't seem from what you've posted above that he actually said anything that was specifically targetted to incriminate JB?

very relevant point mike and may be part of the reason why he lied in court as well as giving false information in his statements.

Well spotted, Tyler! I don't suppose you still have a copy? If not, do you have details of the mag concerned, I'll see if I can find one on ebay - unless Mike already has a copy. +1

Unbelievable. This makes me so angry. Most of the allegations about Jeremy's alleged motives hinged around his alleged desire for his parents' wealth. Many of these allegations seem to have originated with the extended family. Yet the court seems to have heard little evidence of how much other family members - and Jeremy's former girlfriend - who testified against Jeremy stood to gain if he was found guilty.

Why on earth wasn't AP questioned about this? The court had a right to be made fully aware of AP's and the rest of the extended family's conflict of interest in this case. The court had a right to know that a number of people stood to gain substantial sums if Jeremy was found guilty - and to lose substantial sums if Jeremy was found innocent.

This case was presented to the court in such a distorted and one dimensional manner. Half the key evidence was either missed or deliberately withheld.

This is of such importance because this huge body of missing and withheld evidence denied Jeremy Bamber the fair trial that every citizen has a right to.

What exactly does it mean "the witness withdrew", underlined and in brackets?

He refrained from answering anymore questions at this point?

or the defense had finished questioning him on this specific matter?

A rather off topic question: is AP's wife American?
