Jeremy s  trial was over before it started , he never stood a chance , quite bluntly i find it insane the police bought her story, there is not one single shred of proof Jeremy said anything about killing his family, nothing but 2nd hand hearsay, mugford will not get away with this its far from over, why flee to Canada ? whats all that about?.

i think her husband is canadian.

I think her husband is a very brave man  ;)

I showed my friend this photo last night (she doesn't really know much about this case), and first thing she said was "what's that on her head?"!

It was part way through the Thatcher era, remember, and so many woman had those dreadful, swept back hairstyles, fussy blouses and big bows that were so unflattering for many of us. JM's trying to do a Thatcher style here, but she just doesn't have the face or hair type for it.

Yes, she met him in Australia (I think), married in England, then moved to Canada.

They awarded him the Canadian medal of honour for services to his country when he married her.

She came back to London and was at the court for the appeal and the defence failed to call her - in what sense is that getting away with it by fleeing to Canada? It's hardly her fault if JB's defence couldn't find anything to challenge her with is it?

The legal system is a funny old animal. There may be numerous reasons why certain people are required to attend court and then not called to give evidence. It doesn't necessarily mean they couldn't find anything to challenge her about. For to anyone's eyes there is plenty that many would like to challenge her on.

The defence were not allowed to call her to give evidence in the end.The prosecution got it blocked and the judge agreed.I think the defence were going to question her over her newspaper deal?

And what saddo keeps smiting me?  >:(

Another unjust dealing from the courts of "justice". They should rename British justice, "Punch amd Judy". It never ceaes to amaze me just how many CROOKS there are in the British legal system together with Judges who appear not to have the resolution of children to judge. What clown keeps appointing these knuckle walking judges?
Girlfriend from hell maybe. But when the devil himself sits on the bench we are in hell already. Get rid of these loungers.
