Yes, thats more like it, Adam.
So can we rule out a call to Julie at 3.00 as claimed by the prosecution?

I think it's quite possible he rang Julie at 3.00am. As SB & HE said. Then told the police Nevill rang him 'around 3.10am.

Jeremy is not the sharpest tool in the box.

But appreciate you believe my other timeline.

I'm a guilter & don't think Jeremy's self imposed 16 minute gap is incriminating!:

He has said himself he -"

Rang Julie.

Tried ringing dad back.

Looked through Yello Pages.

Tried to ring Withham.

Oh come on you have been going on for years about searching through Yellow pages!

If he answers his own call he would immediately ring the police as soon as the line clears assuming he is guilty. If innocent I agree no rush.

There is a 16 minute gap from 'around 3.10am' to 3.26am.

Bamber has given a list of things he did during that time.

Guilters have a different list.

Both sides agree he phoned Julie during this time window.

Seems that Rob thinks Jeremy's 'around 3.10am' is wrong. Nevill calling him nearer 3.26am.

Jeremy would still need several minutes to 'try to call dad back', ring Julie,  look through Yellow Pages & call Witham.

Seems Rob believes there should have been a 12 minute gap between Nevill"s call & ringing the police -

2 mins to wait for the line to clear.

2 mins to try to call dad back.

2 mins to ring Julie.

2 mins to look through Yellow Pages for Witham. .

2 mins to ring Witham.

2 mins to look through Yello Pages for Chelmsford.

-----------

I don't believe 16 minutes from 'around 3.10am' incriminates Jeremy.

But that was Jeremy's own admission, Rob. How do you explain the time lag between him receiving Nevill's call and him bothering to inform police?

Rob is saying Jeremy should have rang the police within a minute or two.

So is saying Jeremy lied about the 6 things he said he did. Listed in reply 64.

I am simply rebutting Adams theory JB answered his own call Steve.

Surely it's a no brainer JB would call the police approx 2 minutes after the line cleared if guilty, why create a 15 minute gap for no reason?

It's time Adam stopped all this nonsense, he cannot give a logical reason so floods the forum with total rubbish.
