In the heidi Blake interview Jez dismisses it, believing it wasn't an emergency and he said he thought Nevill may have scolded him by saying " For fuck sake why did you ring the police "

the defence case at the trial was that he was frightened to go to the farm alone

What do you believe about Jeremy travelling 30mph in his car and being passed by PS Bews etc.

This is a good discussion point in fairness.

The mantra with Heidi Blake.

The initial " Scared to go the farm "

To balance, his mind be fried by a 40 year CAT A regime.

Please do not associate me with this.

No one is.

If Jeremy had an AM, do you believe Nevill would have still called him?

He was consolidating his alibi by distancing himself from the diablerie.

More to the point what do you believe? Jeremy having said that he did not believe it was serious.

I expect he was in no hurry to go back to the scene of what he'd done.

What I believe is neither here or there. The discrepancy needs to be put to Jeremy Bamber himself direct, but my personal view is that he is either lying or he genuinely can't remember. Depends which side of the coin you fall on.

Not sure how he could not think it serious.

Nevill had rang him at 3.00am & said 'please come over, Sheila's gone crazy and she's got the gun'.

Believe he is saying that he was well versed in Shelias episodes.

I'd have to listen to the Heidi Blake interview again in fairness.

He was consolidating his alibi by distancing himself from the diablerie.

There is no solid alibi either side of the coin.

He was a bloke who lived alone in a cottage.

Best case scenario for Nevill after Jeremy eventually answers the phone -

Jeremy gets to WHF within 15 minutes.

Jeremy rings the doorbell. Nevill had not left the front door open for him.

Everyone is still alive inside WHF.

Nevill is able to get to & open the front door.

Jeremy is able to help Nevill restrain Sheila.  Either by talk or force. June remains in bed.

---------

None of that happened.

Best case scenario for Nevill is Jeremy gets to WHF within 15 minutes.

But Jeremy spent 15 minutes looking through Yellow Pages instead.

Not sure why Nevill would phone Jeremy if he had already phoned the police.

The police should be arriving before Jeremy.

If Nevill wanted family support when speaking to the police, June was there.
