The Boyce experiment was the same one in the 2012 doc 'Bamber, The New Evidence'.

It is very optimistic to suggest one of the relatives silencers was tested in error & this had RB's blood in
'Only I know what really happened that night'.

Have you applied for the role of CEO, Cutie?
Trouble is they may ask to see your hand, your plan of action as it were first, then simply hijack it?

I will set up on my own.  Competition is good  8)

What direction would you take it in?

There 10 grounds are very broad and cover lots of bases.

A direction that aligns with the CPS criteria for a successful appeal.

Briefly, what would you do different?

Everthing!  Is that brief enough?

Wasn't JB accused of carving I hate this place?

Well he has been accused of just about everything else so quite possibly yes!  But you can see how the CoA has treated it and it provides a template for the 'suicide letters'.

What was being discussed Adam is when the operator was asked to check the line at 5.45 the log at 5.47 says Phone engaged at scene.

Was this just another mistake?

It was 40 years ago!  A pre-digital age!  Of course there are going to be minor discrepancies over timings with people looking at wind-up watches and clocks and and then transferring the info to paper at the end of night shifts  ::)

Hasn't the silencer already had a PSOR?

I think this was a different aspect?  Two or more silencers?  It appears there's now an additional grounded added to the submissions by way of the 'powder tattooing' which as I understand it is the way in which  gunshot residue distributes on the skin.

I was not referring to the timings but that the operator reported the line as being engaged?

The GPO op, Jean Rowe, was just that a GPO op who provided a wit stat in her own words.  She was not a trained lawyer and/or expert drafting a high quality report.

The line was open/engaged from NB calling JB.  When NB heard SC open fire on June upstairs he left the phone on the counter thus the line was open/engaged.  Jean Rowe was able to listen in on the line because it was open/engaged.  Had someone tried calling WHF the line would have been engaged.  You will note in AE's WS she says she tried phoning WHF on the morning of 7th Aug but does not tell us what sound she received  ;)  Had the line not been engaged/open I do not believe it would have been possible for Jean Rowe to listen in and/or put the call through to EP.

the line was not engaged because Bamber was able to call West.

Nevil's phone was off the hook, which is not the same as engaged, the operator would know the difference.

Are you saying JB called police from WHF? The other alternative is that JB removed the receiver from its cradle before leaving WHF and the alleged call from Nevill never happened?

JB called PC West from Bourtree Cottage not WHF!  I would remind you of the tel evidence at trial:

There was no evidence of telephone billing information of the sort which would be available these days. There was, however, expert evidence called as to the effect of a telephone call having been made from White House Farm to Goldhanger which was then abandoned by the caller with the receiver being left off the cradle, as claimed by Jeremy. If such a sequence had occurred, the telephone link would have remained open either until the handset at White House Farm was replaced or until the handset at Goldhanger had been replaced and left in position for a period which could vary from 1 to 2 minutes, when an automatic interruption of the link would take place. Until one or other of these events, Jeremy would have been unable to make any call from the Goldhanger telephone.

The GPO op was working on a different system to the general public.

You waste your time and that of others going round in cricles with a lot of low level stuff that is never going to assist JB 40 years on.  Eg whether or not JB could see to cycle the sea wall.
