You need to remember and post the source.

No GSR on Sheila means she did not fire any shots. But appreciate why supporters 'keep banging on' about the silencer.

Well I am not going to look Adam sorry, what MF said was BS no scientific GSR examination on Sheila's nightdress was done as it would be pointless.

So, 40 years on and justice is still knocking at the door. I'm referring to the present Nottingham inquiries in which those " professionals " involved also got this murder case wrong, from psychiatrists to the police.

JB documentary didn't really tell us anything that we didn't already know, except that the general public are now more aware regarding the behaviour of the police so are more up to speed on their "modus operandi".

I'm hoping upon hope for some sort of a breakthrough for as you all know I've always believed in JB's innocence. There is no doubt in my mind.
Sheila had many marks on her body during the post-mortem, which to me was caused by a fierce struggle with " dug-in " fingernail marks, which clearly she couldn't have inflicted upon herself due to the positioning of them on the back of her body. The lack of medication would definitely have made Sheila more volatile.

It to me is a break through Lookout as the general public now know JB was framed.

I don't believe MF lied under oath. When he said Sheila's nightdress was tested for GSR & none was found.

Appreciate supporters have to say he lied.

This was never done and you know it:

Gunshot residue (GSR) analysis detects microscopic particles deposited on a person’s skin, clothing, or nearby surfaces after a firearm discharges. Forensic labs identify these particles using electron microscopy and X-ray spectroscopy

Not sure why the prog didn't mention the Aga evidence when discussing the interference of the crime scene, Rob? Are they now doubting that the police moved Nevill or what?

The Aga point is still valid. However unlike the bible there is no corroborating evidence. Eastwood confirmed that RWC moved the bible and the rifle. This does not rule out NB being moved but the bible movement is stronger. This does however leave the question of what else may have been moved for which there were no witnesses or has not been made public by anyone who knew he had been moved.

Indeed Rob, the incompetencies of the police is off the scale given some of todays fiascos regarding crime, it's utterly shameful.

Dont think the 999 call is going anywhere, Adam!

I disagree. There is a recording of what would otherwise be hearsay evidence and the law provides the possibility of using this as pointed out by JB's solicitor. All HB's recordings of her conversation with Milbank could fall into this category.

Millbank obviously thought he received a 999 call, but surely if the operator patched the line through they would have spoken to Millbank and explained what was happening first?

As said I don't believe MF lied in his WS or under oath. Or that the COA lied.

But appreciate supporters believe everyone lied. Except Jeremy.

You don't have to lie as such, you just don't give the the jury the whole truth.

He just did a visual inspection nothing more, so microscopic particles were not picked up, which they would have been if a more through test was done.

Please provide a source that he just gave a visual inspection.

I have previously posted for you that GSR testing in 1985 was advanced.

I am not going to bother Sheila obviously had GSR on her, no one can say there was none.

That's the way to get a referral.

They most probably did but they have not said what they knew to HB.

Then the defence would have to present the log entry below, which is the one Heidi 'discovered'  ::) (which has been on THIS forum for centuries), which makes it absolutely clear that the event was the GPO operator patching an open line through to the police so they could monitor he line. It's even recorded TWICE for clarity!
