Channel 5 produce a WHF doc every few years. Wonder if Phillip will be on this one again.
The Philip Walker and Yvonne Hartley Show.

If there was a PSOR for the 999 call, will be surprised if the Millbank audio will change that. So far it hasn't.

Jeremy did not know much that fatal night however from our first meeting Jeremy has always said he was outside the house whilst overhearing an officer talking to someone in the house.

How were they communicating?

I have always found Jeremy's conversation with Gerard Wiggins which highlights police involvement prior arrest.

In the sense at that time he didn't need to be teeing a defence up.

The Philip Walker and Yvonne Hartley Show.

Yvonne seems to have given up. But Phillip hasn't.

Here is a blast from the past. Trudie giving a long interview. Strange how one minute they are doing this, then totally stop.

I actually think this whole 'campaign' thing and attempts at using the media is counterproductive.  Afaik no other case has had a 'campaign team' and/or used the media eg Andy Malikson but eventually they received the justice they deserved in less than half the time JB has already served.

Can anyone think of a MoJ where the appellant has been assisted by the media?

Another example is that of missing MM.  Her parents used the media from day 1 and look how it has turned out!  Unmitigated disaster and still no sign of MM.

Maybe QE2 was right: Dont complain, dont explain.  I'm thinking Nike: "Just Do It"!  It can all be done behind the scenes.  No running commentary required.
Patrick O'Connor, Barrister, Doughty Street Chambers: "It will have to be a slam dunk.  It will have to be something of a blockbuster piece of evidence to have a chance".

I think Sally Clark had John Sweeney on board. And of course Chris Mullin with the "IRA" convictions. There was also a BBC programme called Rough Justice which can for many years.
