The prosecution case may have been that he rang his AM & let it answer - 'rang his cottage'.
Yes he did have one.
Saw an archive news clip where the reporter said Nevill Bamber had rang his son in a near by village. If I had seen that in 1985 I would think why would he ring his son? That would be before I even knew he had an AM.
Do you have any evidence for this?
Been a while since I've read his cross examination but from memory don't believe Arlidge challenged him on the AM.
If he did have one very strange why the police were not all over it?No mention of it from Julie either?
Jeremy said he would switch it off when home as he was in to take calls. Of course guilters will be skeptical.
Wouldn't be in the cross examination. But in the prosecution narrative - 'rang his cottage'.
But I am not a guilter and I don't see any evidence of him having one PRE MURDERS.
We agree on something for a change. AE was over the length of time it would have taken JB to reach his phone. Had he had an AM it would have sent her stir crazy.
Can't think why the CT would say he had one if he didn't. They go through himI myself am shocked it was never clocked by EP.
You have just been given evidence - the CT's own TikTok video. What else do you want. Agree he had an AM after the massacre as well.
