Been a while since I've read his cross examination but from memory don't believe Arlidge challenged him on the AM.

Jeremy believes himself he would not have got to his phone before the AM switched on. And that Nevill would not have kept ringing.

So we have a very unconvincing story that he had switched his AM off.

Saw an archive news clip where the reporter said Nevill Bamber had rang his son in a near by village.

If I had seen that in 1985 I would think why would he ring his son? That would be before I even knew he had an AM.

Jeremy's moved the goalposts on this. At the time it was " I don't think he was kidding he sounded really scared" Now he's much more " Dad would chastise me for getting the police involved and doesn't see it as being serious "

Either the brain is fried from the CAT A regime and he has genuinely forgot certain things or he's lying. It's that simple.

Yes, the CT putting a video on about his AM on his social media whilst taking direction from Jeremy.

For me if Jeremy is lying I would have thought he would have painted a picture or Shelia ranting and raving over the fostering discussion, teeing up the going beserk hours later.

He said she was just vacant.

Of course guilters will be skeptical.

But I am not a guilter and I don't see any evidence of him having one PRE MURDERS.

Would certain be in the cross examine I'd imagine. It's the cornerstone of his defence case. If they can tear the phonecall apart by the AM they'd have put it to him

They did of course bring up Nevills injuries preventing him from engaging in purposeful talk.

There is a mountain of evidence he had an AM. Already posted.  The clincher was his CT TikTok video that says he had one. But he had switched it off that night. Mmmm.
