Who has been allowed to see the CCRC's Provisional Statement of Reasons (PSOR)?

* Jeremy's lawyers
* The Campaign Team
* ngb1066
* The Doc Maker
* The Guardian

But releasing it to the public would supposedly harm Jeremy's appeal, so we cannot see it

I do not think it would harn Jeremy's appeal.  I think it would show the CCRC in a poor light.  It is not an impressive document by any means.  I hope it is made public at some stage.

Jeremy may just not want the document being released.

To be fair most of his case documents are in the domain.

So it's not like he can be said to be trying to hide anything. There is ample material there is an innocent base and a guilt base. Jeremy knows this.

At least my PSOR on CC's proposed CCRC referral is online.

The reason for the rejection on each ground is the same - 'no new evidence provided'. So it is short!

Maybe it would show the CCRC in positive light! It would explain the reasons they have for not referring the submission to the CoA.

It certainly does not show the CCRC in a positive light.

No.

So the current status is (correct me if I'm wrong)

- PSOR given to Jeremy in 2025 rejecting several submissions - including Milbank's 999 call
- other submissions still being considered by the CCRC
- David Emmanuel KC has made legal submissions challenging the 2025 PSOR
- We are awaiting news of the response to the KC - and also the CCRC's decision on submissions not provisionally rejected in 2025

Yes that is generally correct.

in that case, please would you give us a good example?

I would like to, but I have seen the material on a confidential basis and I am not prepared to break the confidence.
