The problem with that argument is that there is no nuclear bomb aimed at them.  The only nuclear power in the region is the totally unregulated maniacal and criminal Israeli regime.

I suspect your definition of successful would be very different from mine.  I suppose Israel is successful in genocide and racial supremacy, to be expected for a state founded on Zionist terrorism.  We also differ on the prospects for Israel.  I am confident that it cannot survive long term in its present form.  I hope justice is done.

No credible/believable reason given. 

No strategy.

No ground force option.

Minimal public support.

Alienate other countries he did not consult.

Alienate other countries by saying they should support America.

Looking like they lied with operation 'Midnight Hammer'.

Impossible goals - regime change,  getting uranium.

No successes.

No exit ramp.

No meaningful negotiations happening.

Billions spent.

Billions more to be spent.

Innocent people killed.

Not keeping to pre election 'no wars' pledge.

Looking like Israel conned them into it.

Crashing the world economy.

Stopping any progress with Iran over previous decades.

Making Iran more powerful.

Iran no longer trusting America.

Starting a long 'war of choice'.

Not seeking Congress approval. Now stuck at 60 days.

Israel do need America. Iran is 75-80 times bigger than Israel & around 83 million more people live in Iran.

I don't know much about the rules of war, Adam! Ideally all warfare should be a crime in any so called 'civilized' world or society.

As with AI, you can't stop progress. Several countries have nukes. Including Israel. If other countries now have the capability of building them, you have to let them.
