I'm not convinced that the McCanns had nothing to do with Maddie's death, apart from the child neglect component.
But having lived in Australia during the early to mid 80s at the height of the media frenzy during the Lindy Chamberlain case, when hardly a day went by without hearing various theories of her guilt.
I'm very wary about judging someone by their reportedly weird behaviour soon after any such event.

That's a very good example.

Really enjoyed the film with Meryl Streep.
Patrick O'Connor, Barrister, Doughty Street Chambers: "It will have to be a slam dunk.  It will have to be something of a blockbuster piece of evidence to have a chance".

And as far as I can see no testimonials provided?  Isn't it usual for someone making the sort of claims PB does to provide testimonials?

Forgot to add, like JB's case imo, Lindy Chamberlain was convicted based on flawed forensic evidence.

From AI:

Lindy Chamberlain's conviction for the murder of her baby Azaria was based on significantly flawed forensic evidence, including misidentified blood in their car (actually sound-deadening material and drinks), a "bloody" handprint that was iron oxide from the desert sand, and misidentified hairs (cat instead of canine) that were later reclassified, leading to her wrongful conviction and highlighting issues with early forensic science and investigative bias in the infamous "Dingo Trial".

I am not really sure of the point you are endeavouring to make?  To my mind it just supports my belief PB is a charlatan and unhinged.

Azaria Chamberlain was killed by a dingo in 1980.  Her mother was found guilty based on flawed forensic evidence.  The Chamberlains were pardoned in 1987; their convictions were quashed in 1988 and they received compensation in 1992.

Jon Bennett was found dead at her home in 1996.  Case remains unsolved.

Madeleine McCann disappeared in 2007.  Case remains unsolved.

It seems PB is attempting to use the Chamberlain case, with the benefit of hindsight, to justify her theories on MM.  I would not mind betting that if we could rewind to 1980 PB would be the worst of the worst for pointing the finger at the Chamberlains.

I only listened to 4 or 5 mins from the point you indicated.  She bangs on about the Chamberlains being religious but seems to overlook the same can be said for the McCanns.  Surely you haven't forgotten the private audience with the Pope  ::)  And the regular trips to the little church in PDL.

That's your trouble; you can't follow anything through for more than five minutes. I doubt you have watched any of Pat Brown's YouTube videos.

As for the Chamberlains, they were Seventh Day Adventists, frowned upon in some quarters. Roman Catholicism is far more mainstream.

Are you suggesting I suffer from ADHD?

I like to think I am able to fairly quickly discern a credible expert from a charlatan and as far as I am concerned PB falls into the latter.

She's direct, a maverick possibly, but she has done the research.

That's fair enough but putting herself out there as a professional criminal profiler, if she lacks the formal qualifications, is not.  Its tantamount to fraud.

She is an armchair sleuth who has a theory that the McCanns were directly involved. I am an armchair sleuth and have a theory that the Tranmers were involved.

Well, she has national prominence in the USA. She would have been exposed by now as a fraud were she not to possess the qualifications she claims.

Where?  Who is going to 'out' her?  No one takes her seriously except you.

I see she has covered the JB case.
Why are her videos so long? They're packaged as being infotainment, yet she wants to be taken seriously. She rambles on too much. I just can't sit through 2 hrs of her.
Does she think Bamber is innocent or guilty?

I wasn't aware she has covered the JB case.

Exactly how I feel.
