- NB drops the receiver on the worktop and runs upstairs
- SC shoots out onto the landing at NB where he sustains his 2 x facial shots
- NB turns to retreat downstairs
- SC follows and inflicts NB's elbow/chest and shoulder gunshot wound whilst the pair are positioned on the staircase
- NB enters the kitchen and ends up in the chair.  He attempts to shield himself from SC who is raining down blows with the rifle.

Fair enough, Cutie, thats possible, and as we can see, nowhere for the Aga burns to be fitted into your scenario!
BUT!!! What if it is proven beyond a doubt that the Aga 'did' cause the burns?

You are inventing without evidence again.

Both sides have to start from the first shots - 9 into June and Nevill in bed.

Both sides agree Nevill got downstairs & was brutally beaten.

The dispute is whether he was able to phone Jeremy beforehand.

NB was in the kitchen and made the call to JB before any shots were fired.

But there are bloodied fingerprints on the blue and white chequered worktop, yet nothing on the telephone.

The defence can't invent a long winded pre shot escalation at trial.

It is not allowed. Besides which, the prosecution could just say a fully fit Nevill & June would negate the invented situation. They have a point!

CC is entitled to make up pre shot scenarios on a forum.

There is no dispute about anything that matters.  The physical evidence tells everyone what happened.  A soc reconstruction/picture paints a thousand words.

NB did not fall against the Aga.  He was chased to the kitchen by SC and fell/stumbled into/onto the chair.  He lifted his right arm in an attempt to defend himself from the blows.  His found position was consistent with hypostatis as confirmed by Dr Vanezis and Prof Knight for the defence.  All of this is futher supported by the gunshot wounds to the back of his head. 

I am not sure whether you actually believe this so-called Aga evidence or you are just taking the P!

The Station Nightclub Fire in Rhode Island in 2003 killed 100.
