Not to my knowledge Cc but every time a problem is found with the crime scene helping Bamber it's put down to staging.

For example to my eyes Sheila's bed was not slept in.

She was very drowsy & June said she was going to bed.

She was then found bare footed in her sleeping attire.

Or look to create natural food sources for the sort of birds your garden attracts or you want to attract going forward.
OK, we will see what happens, Cutie! Thanks for the advice!

So EP would not notice the one underneath the magazines & ask why there was two working phones in the kitchen and none in the main bedroom.

Your post makes no sense? why leave the phone where sooner or latter someone will find it and think it suspicious?

Bamber must expect EP to do a very thorough search.

What else could he do with the telephone except to call it a spare if anyone questioned why it was there? He always had an element of superciliousness to his character, so wouldn't be bothered what domestic staff thought.

It was 1985 & Taff said it was murder/suicide. So not a very detailed search.

The defence at trial said Nevill ran downstairs to start phoning Jeremy after Sheila had shot him & June 9 times in bed.

Thought Nevill would have used the kitchen phone to phone Jeremy.

Those dial phones are slow.

Why?  On what basis?

The best scientific evidence available whether you agree with it or not.

What scientific evidence are you referring to?  Dr Caruso who by his own admission said his report was inconclusive and required further testing.  Do you think he had dollar signs in his eyes?

Or Philip Boyce who is operating way outside his area of expertise?

This was not part of the original plan. He never expected Nevill to have made it out of the bedroom - but Nevill came down to the kitchen so Bamber had to improvise.

What evidence exists that NB sustained any gunshot wounds and/or other injuries in the bedroom?

from the CoA judgment

"Found in or just outside the bedroom were thirteen cartridge cases. Seven would account for the shots into June Bamber, two for the wounds suffered by Sheila Caffell, leaving four cartridge cases that had been fired at Nevill Bamber."

The bullet casings.

Bamber managed 2 face shots from inches away without resistance. Nevill must have been in bed.

It was around 2.00am when Nevill would be sleeping.

He would be next to June, who was shot 5 times in bed.

A pre shot build up where Bamber & Nevill are in the kitchen talking, is not credible.

No one would hear Bamber come upstairs.

The defence say Nevill was shot in bed. By Sheila.

CAL says Nevill was shot in bed. By Bamber.

Yes, but it needs to be set against the way the rifle ejects casings: right and forwards a few feet, and the location of the perp firing the rifle.

If the perp was stood around the entrance/exit of the main bedroom, leading onto the landing, it could potentially mean the perp was inside the bedroom firing out onto NB on the landing.
