Maybe we're not being entirely fair to Snow, Jonathan? He's addressing every point we bombard him with individually, as a result, the result is gobbledygook, ie, put together, it makes no sense at all..............'course, it didn't, from the time he hit us with it!

There are a number of weaknesses. Why did Sheila initially use the rifle as a club rather than shoot Nevill? Once down why didn't she shoot him straight away rather than wait 3 hours?

Cc is looking it from the CCRC point of view Snow, I am looking at it from it's part of the story of what happened that night.

If there was ever a retrial the Aga would be a big part of what happened but first it needs to be proven it was the Aga that caused the marks/burns. I expect the CT has done more testing than we know about?

To me if it's proven the Aga did cause the marks it strongly points to Sheila so I am with you.

The CCRC point of view and what happened, as you put it, should be one and the same.  I have posted my soc reconstruction numerous times based on the totality of the physical evidence and it all fits together.  No Aga involved.

I think we need to be mindful of the fact we are dealing with either 5 murders or 4 murders and a suicide.
I agree, I hope you take this on board.

Ha Ha, well it beats that “When Stan got stuck in the Window” only just mind 😂😂

As I said I was being too generous to the relatives by looking for a way to absolve them.  But I've now come to the conclusion the plan was hatched when DS Jones picked up the silencer from PE and the pair sat drinking whisky during the small hours and/or went over to WHF that evening.  This explains why the relatives did not make more of the find at the time and their accounts of who found it, when, its appearance and how it was handled thereafter vary so much.

Its always been the same on here, present Nonsense as fact and what kind of response do you expect.  It’s not me who’s taking the piss, it’s the poster who’s putting the capital “N” in Nonsense. It’s you and Snow that’s taking the piss and turning a murder into a Pantomine.

Snow's reconstruction does not fit with known facts mine does.  Big difference if you are capable of discerning fact from fiction which you clearly are not.

How am I taking the "piss" by accusing DS Jones and the relatives of colluding and fabricating the silencer?

Accusing me doesn’t turn your fiction into fact!

Many a plan has been formed, and seems workable,  where a jar of three has been consumed. However, in the cold light of day, when the head clears, such plans frequently look ridiculous.

”OH NO SHE DIDN’T”. “OH YES SHE DID”. Is this the final episode Snow, or are we getting a Christmas Day Special?  Must say, it had us in stitches last night,  dramatic knock-out, miraculous recovery, convenient phone fumbling,   all that was missing “SHE’s BEHIND YOU”.
Ha ha! Yes, its pantomime season, HB!

If his hand was shaking while talking to Jeremy it's really unlucky the receiver fell onto the cradle cutting him off mid stream. Also strange that he didn't redial when he obviously didn't think it important to hurry upstairs
No no, I said Nevill deliberately ended the call, Jonathan!

If Sheila surprised him in the kitchen I wonder what Snow's theory is for why Nevill rose from his bed to go downstairs in his pyjamas
Because he heard Sheila going down stairs and went to check she was alright, although some claim Nevill may have been down stairs dozing in the lounge anyway.

Its the only way it works to explain the Aga burns and Nevill ending up on the chair/scuttle, Jonathen!
Or can you think of any other scenarios that fit?

How am I deviating from the facts, Cutie?
