A question for Bill Robertson

Hi Bill. Are you aware of an EP system called 9.  The log from West shows something that looks like a 9 on page numbered 257 Thanks.

I don't think there is a 9 system. But if someone received a 999 call it would often be described as a 9 call and/or the 999 system, for shorthand, would be referred to as the 9 system by many people..
