If yesterday you hated me. Then today you can not stop the love that binds from me to you. And you to me

Those running Essex County Gazette/Standard aren't very sharp up top.  They want you to fork out four quid minimum to view the above article, when you can read exactly the same one for free in their local district rags -

Not that it's in any way relevant, as this is the same chap who claims Bamber is totally innocent because he passed his polygraph test in 2007, ignoring all the other evidence against him of course!
I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears and furballs.

Just a bit of forum fodder.

Seems JB is still hanging his hopes on the lie detector all these years on. He referenced it again not so long ago.

I personally dont believe in lie detectors, its Jeremy Kyle standard. But if we are using them on sex offenders but not dsying they're applicable in other aspects of law and judiciary its a double standard surely?

It seems they are used on sex offenders who have been let out on license. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/domestic-abuse-bill-2020-factsheets/mandatory-polygraph-tests-factsheet

In all honesty evidential wise nothing is going to come to light of a tremendous nature to render these verdicts unsafe. Especially after 40 years.

It would take AE, DB, and JM to stand up and say " we all lied " and it is never going to happen ( even if its true)

All of CID at the time who were involved in the case are dead. Except Barlow and Ron Cook I believe.

The legislation that I read from the CCRC today says the bar is set " not so high " and after 4 years of the submissions being looked into hes had a pro refusal.

This is an example of "new evidence" which Bamber will have been told his lawyers is inadmissible. There is no legal point to it, just something to encourage more member of the general public to believe in him.

I lost faith in lie detector results after the Gary Ridgway case.
