I think COLP was the result of complaints by Bamber. Stokenchurch because of anomalies brought to light by 2002 appeal? Or preparation for the 2002 appeal? Not sure.

The Dickinson enquiry was ordered by the trial Judge.

COLP was initiated by Mike Tesko on behalf of Jeremy because he knew the process of raising complaints to police.

Stokenchurch was carried out because of the approaching appeal.
